Kuwait: The Ahmadi Security Directorate, operating under the Fahaheel Area Command (Fintas Police Station), has arrested an expatriate for running an illegal liquor production and storage network in Kuwait. Acting on a tip-off, security teams discovered that the suspect had been using multiple abandoned cars as covert storage units for large quantities of locally produced alcohol.

The crackdown led to the seizure of 3,828 bottles of alcohol stashed inside vehicles parked in an open lot. This successful raid forms part of an ongoing Public Security Sector campaign to tackle illegal activities across the region.

A security source confirmed that the operation was supervised by Major General Hamad Al-Munifi, Assistant Undersecretary for Sector Affairs. The arrest is the result of increased patrols and tighter security checks to prevent the trafficking and illegal sale of alcohol, which is banned in Kuwait.

Officials reaffirmed that similar operations will continue to safeguard the public and curb the spread of prohibited substances in violation of national laws.
