The meeting was attended by members from the Ministry of Public Works, the Public Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART), the Ministry of Electricity and Water, and the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), according to Committee Chairman MP Sa'adoun Hammad.

He stated that the committee listened to the representatives of these institutions' presentations and that the drainage and water supply projects are expected to be completed in September 2027.

However, he stated that this is unacceptable and ordered the officials to complete these projects as soon as possible.
He also discussed the South Khaitan housing project's infrastructure, rubble clearance, and construction permission issues.
