CENTRAL STATISTICS DEPARTMENT RELEASES SALARY DETAILS OF NATIONALS AND FOREIGNERS

Kuwait City: The average income of Kuwaitis in the labor market, including in the private and public sectors, is estimated at 1490 dinars per month. The figures were released by the Central Statistics Department. Meanwhile, the average income of non-Kuwaitis is 331 dinars per month. The average income of Kuwaitis working in the public sector is 1539 dinars per month. For non-Kuwaitis working in the public sector, it is 732 dinars.


The average income of Kuwaitis working in the private sector is 1539 dinars per month. At the same time, the average income of non-Kuwaitis working in the private sector is only 311 dinars per month. There is a huge gap between the incomes of Kuwaiti men and women working in both sectors. The average income of Kuwaiti women is 1261 dinars per month. The average income of Kuwaiti women is 1310 in the public sector and 973 in the private sector.
