FAMILY VISIT VISA EXPECTED TO OPEN BY MARCH IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: After more than a year and a half, the Ministry of Interior plans to open family and tourist visas to the country by next March. In order to make a decision, the Ministry of Interior's resident affairs sector is awaiting a report from the Ministry of Health on the stability of the health situation in the country related to the "Corona" pandemic, especially given the recent decline in the number of infections.


Despite the Cabinet's decision to allow expats to apply for all sorts of visas, family visits and tourism visits are still prohibited. Only work visas, commercial trips, and family visas were affected by the Cabinet decision.
