BIG JUMP IN CHILD VACCINATION IN KUWAIT, 25,000 CHILDREN HAVE BEEN VACCINATED

Kuwait City: Child vaccination is progressing well in the country. The Kovid vaccine is usually given to children between the ages of five and 11. So far, 25,000 children in this age group have been vaccinated, officials said. The vaccine was approved for children in early February. This is the figure from then until yesterday. 


It is estimated that a total of 430,000 people are in this category. The children are being vaccinated in Hall 5 of the Kuwait Vaccination Center in Mishraf. In addition, the vaccine is available at health centers in different parts of the country. The current recommendation for the health sector is an eight-week difference between the two doses. 10 micrograms of vaccine is given for this age group.
