KUWAIT CIVIL AVIATION IS ISO 9001 CERTIFIED FOR THE SECOND TIME

Kuwait City: The Aeronautical Information Control Department of Air Navigation has been awarded the ISO 9001 certification for the second time, according to the Civil Aviation General Administration. The certificate is issued for the exact implementation of the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization and for the preparation of quality systems.


The Department of Aviation Information Control has carried out an extensive upgrade process for flight plans, navigation maps, equipment and systems provided to airlines' customers. The Department of Aviation said that continuous development of quality management systems is possible with the aim of ensuring the safety, order and efficiency of international air navigation in the country.
