Kuwait City: General Manager of “Bash Aviation” for Tourism and Travel, Mohamed Bashir, said that despite the end of the Eid al-Adha holiday and the passage of about a month since the start of the summer holiday, the prices of travel tickets are still high, driven by the continuous demand by citizens and residents to travel, which is what It increased the prices of flights to some destinations preferred by travelers from Kuwait by up to 200%.


In detail, Bashir mentioned that Turkey, Egypt, London, Baku and the Maldives top the list of interests for travelers from Kuwait at the present time, and that the prices of the round trip on those destinations after the Eid vacation come at high prices, given the continued high demand for travel, indicating at the same time that there are some From those destinations, competitive prices appear for the departing flight from Kuwait, but the return prices raise the total cost of the trip again.

He pointed out that the trip to London at the present time costs about 390 dinars round trip, while the cost of the trip to the same destination only one way is about 100 dinars, while the price of a ticket to the Maldives round trip is about 334 dinars with the end of the Eid holiday, while the prices of the one-way trip range Only between 75 to 130 dinars.

He stated that the prices for a one-way trip to Egypt are currently about 172 dinars, while if a flight was booked leaving from Kuwait to Egypt only without booking the return price, it recorded during the past days about 50 dinars, and then it rose again during the past hours to the level of 100 Dinar.
