ACCORDING TO ESTIMATES, 279,000 PEOPLE FROM KUWAIT VISITED TURKEY IN SIX MONTHS

Kuwait City:  Estimates show that 279,000 people from Kuwait visited Turkey between January and July this year. These figures have been released by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism. With this, Kuwaitis have reached the second place in the number of people visiting Turkey from Arab countries. The first are tourists from Iraq. When looking at the total number of foreign countries, Germany ranks first.


Turkey is one of the favorite destinations for Kuwaiti tourists. An important reason for this is the lack of visa requirements. Also many tourist, entertainment and shopping places and great climate make Turkey a favorite. Turkey has no strict restrictions or health measures related to the Covid pandemic. Although the ticket price is high, it is still low compared to other countries, which makes Turkey a favorite for Kuwaitis.
