Rainfall likely in Kuwait until Tuesday

Kuwait City, Jan 15: The Kuwait Meteorological Department said today, Sunday, that the country is affected by a rainy state that will gradually start from Monday evening and continue until the day after tomorrow, Tuesday.

Abdulaziz Al-Qarawi, the weather forecast observer in the administration said that the country is affected by a surface depression accompanied by a moist air mass, coinciding with the presence of a deep depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere. This leads to the proliferation of low and medium clouds interspersed with some cumulus clouds accompanied by continuous light to medium rains that may be heavy in some areas, especially the southern ones.
