New York's governor said Wednesday morning that there is no evidence of a terrorist motive behind a car explosion on a U.S.-Canadian border bridge outside Niagara Falls. The vehicle was traveling from Niagara Falls to the Rainbow Bridge on Wednesday morning when it rolled over and caught fire at a checkpoint, officials said. Two people inside the vehicle were killed and a U.S. border agent was injured.
