Fourteen employees were detained following a confrontation with their finance manager in the center of the Capital city on Thursday. As per Al-Anba reports, the situation transpired when a cluster of foreign workers forcibly entered their place of work and attacked the finance official, leading to injuries. Their attack seemed to be connected to outstanding salaries. Security forces promptly stepped in, managing to calm the situation and transferring the workers to the Salhiya police station. The wounded accountant was immediately transported to Al-Amiri Hospital, where medical evaluations revealed neck contusions, a head wound, as well as bruises.
