In a new achievement for Kuwaiti women, Dr. Reem Faraj Al-Shammari received the “Woman of Cybersecurity for the Arab World for the Year 2024” award, during the “GESEC Cyber Excellence Awards” ceremony under the auspices of the Cybersecurity Council in the Emirates. Al-Shammari said, in a statement commenting on this achievement: “This regional honor is the first of its kind at the GESIK International Conference to honor distinguished women at the level of the Arab world, whose impact of achievements and giving has extended to various countries.”
