The Grade 10 student was sentenced to five years in prison by the Juvenile Court, presided over by Judge Fahad Al-Awadi, for his involvement with the banned organization Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and his attempt to bomb a Husseiniya in Mubarak Al-Kabeer. Despite being acquitted of harming the country's interests, the student denied taking any steps to carry out his plan in the last session. He claimed to have no explosives in his possession and emphasized that he did not progress to the implementation stage, stating that he was trained to create explosives with the intention of targeting Quds Mosque in Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
