The Ministry of Education has taken a significant step towards improving educational standards by introducing a teacher's license as a mandatory requirement for teachers in private schools. This decision, announced by Dr. Suleiman Al-Lafi, the Assistant Undersecretary for Special and Specific Education, marks a crucial change in the recruitment process for private schools. Dr. Al-Lafi's directive now includes a new condition for granting work permits to potential teachers, stipulating that they must hold a vocational qualification diploma, also known as a professional license in education, from an accredited academic institution approved by the Ministry of Education.
