Dispute between 2 police officers led to gunfire at Kuwait airport

A security source reported to Al-Rai that an altercation took place between two police officers working at the airport, which included threats and gunfire. According to the source, the incident boilsdown to the fact that “an officer with the rank of first lieutenant called his superior, with the rank of colonel, and began threatening him because of a dispute at work. The lieutenant officer then came to his workplace at the airport and told the colonel, ‘I am outside,’ then he fired a shot from his gun and fled.”


The source added, “The colonel registered a case of threatening the lieutenant, and after searching for the latter, it became clear that he had left the country.
