It has been emphasized by a government official that the inspection of employee certificates is of utmost importance, and a timeline for completion is anticipated in the upcoming days, as per Al-Qabas daily. The official disclosed that strict orders have been given to pinpoint employees who are reluctant to provide their certificates, and legal actions will be taken against them. The process of examination and audit will be expedited, and any employees discovered to have falsified their certificates will be reported to the Public Prosecution. Those involved in certificate forgery may face three charges: misappropriation of public funds, forgery, and deceit to acquire illegal profits and benefits. The consequences for such crimes could result in a maximum of seven years imprisonment, in addition to reimbursing double the salaries and bonuses acquired.
