The Ministry of Health has recently revised its policy on "fees and exemptions" for individuals visiting primary care health centers. This revision was made after a comprehensive evaluation of all health service fees and exemptions. Individuals who are not exempt from fees will be subject to the new regulations. Illegal residents without a valid card and those enrolled in the health insurance system will face a fee of 10 dinars. Non-Kuwaiti residents, including diplomats, who are registered in the health insurance system will be charged 2 dinars for services and 5 dinars for treatments. Visitors who are not Kuwaiti nationals and not part of the health insurance system will be required to pay 10 dinars. Domestic workers will be charged 1 dinar for all services and treatments. Ministry employees, along with their spouses and children, will incur a service fee of 2 dinars and a treatment fee of 5 dinars.
