The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) issued a warning regarding the importance of updating the address on the civil identification card to avoid a fine of up to KD100. Recently, PACI made an announcement in the Official Gazette 'Kuwait Al-Youm' regarding the removal of addresses of 397 individuals either due to the house owner's confirmation or the demolition of the building. It is advised that those individuals whose addresses were removed and names were listed in the gazette should update their new address and provide the necessary documents within 30 days from the publication date. Additionally, PACI introduced a new service called 'Address Availability' on the unified government application 'Sahel', allowing users to make necessary address amendments.
