The Kuwait Municipality has introduced a new electronic building files inquiry service through the Sahel application, which will be available starting tomorrow, Monday. This move is a significant advancement in improving service quality and promoting digital transformation within the municipality.
Yousef Al-Azmi, Assistant Undersecretary for Development and Information Sector at Kuwait Municipality, emphasized that the service is designed to simplify procedures for citizens.
Through integration with the Ministry of Justice, the service will automatically show all plots owned by the user. To utilize the service, users can access the Sahel application and choose the “Construction File” service. The available plots will then be displayed, and by selecting the desired plot and clicking on “Upload Technical File,” the owner can access the technical file’s contents and any related documents.
