The Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi, stressed that “the winter vaccination campaign will contribute to enhancing community health and combating the spread of seasonal infectious diseases, and it also comes within the ongoing efforts to enhance public health and protect society from seasonal diseases.”
This came in a press statement made by Minister Al-Awadhi yesterday after the launch of this year’s vaccination campaign in the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary for Public Health Affairs, Dr. Al-Mundhir Al-Hasawi from the Sayed Abdul Razzaq Al-Zalzala Health Center. He stated that these vaccinations are available in 57 locations and distributed among preventive health departments in hospitals.
