The Iraqi Ambassador to Kuwait, Al-Manhal Al-Safi, confirmed that the efforts of the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the Iraqi Minister of Interior, Abdul Amir Al-Shammari, and the efforts of the Iraqi embassy, were succeeded in adopting a mechanism for the entry of 5,000 Iraqi fans who hold electronic passports to attend their country’s national team match, which will be held at Jaber Stadium against Al-Azraq 10, in the second round of the World Cup qualifiers.
Al-Safi said on the “X” platform, “The football federations of the two countries will organize the entry and residence of fans in cooperation with the security services.”
