Brigadier Nayef Al-Mutairi, who serves as the Director of the Personality Investigation and Automated Search Department within the General Department of Criminal Evidence, has issued an urgent advisory to both Kuwaiti nationals and expatriates who have not yet finalized their biometric fingerprinting. As of now, approximately 800,000 Kuwaiti citizens have successfully completed this biometric procedure, while around 175,000 are still outstanding. In the case of expatriates, approximately 1,860,000 individuals have undergone fingerprinting, leaving nearly 800,000 yet to be processed.
