Six individuals convicted of murder have been executed by hanging. Al-Qabas's source reported that the execution of the death sentence against a female citizen convicted of the murder of her friend was suspended after the blood relatives abdicated in exchange for paying them financial blood money and reconciling the case before the judiciary.
Thus, this concession and payment of blood money saved the accused from execution, after the judiciary decided to stop the execution of the sentence against her. The Public Prosecution, in coordination and cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, supervised the implementation of death sentences against the six convicts, who were three Iranians, two citizens, and a Pakistani.
