Kuwait : The Council of Ministers decided, in an exceptional meeting today, Wednesday, to completely close clubs and salons as of next week. It also decided to close commercial malls and restaurants from eight in the evening, starting next week, with the exception of restaurant delivery service from this decision. The sources also confirmed that a recommendation was adopted to impose an institutional quarantine for a week on those coming to Kuwait, provided that the decision will be effective later this month.
