EMBASSY BIDS FAREWELL TO FAHAD AHMED KHAN SURI, FIRST SECRETARY, EMBASSY OF INDIA IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The Embassy bade farewell to Fahad Ahmed Khan Suri, First Secretary of the Indian Embassy in Kuwait. Indian Ambassador Sibi George inaugurated the function. The Ambassador thanked the Indian Professional Network (IPN) and the Indian Business Network (IBN) for organizing such an event. 


The ambassador said that Fahad Suri was at the forefront of any work of the embassy and that he was the best official who could be relied upon for anything, day or night. He has rendered outstanding service as Head of Chancery and Spokesperson of the Embassy. Fahadh Suri was at the helm of the Vande Bharat mission in Kuwait from Kuwait. 

About 1.5 lakh Indians were repatriated through the Vande Bharat Mission. Fahad was instrumental in bringing oxygen from Kuwait to India when the second wave of covid hit India. Fahad, who was present at the open house, has rendered outstanding service in the political and economic spheres of both countries. Sibi George said that Fahad's loss was a great loss as he came up with a practical solution to any challenging situation and wished him and his family all the best. The event was attended by a number of social and cultural business leaders. The community leader congratulated Fahad Suri on his involvement in the many problems of the Indian community in Kuwait and wished him every success in his future endeavors.
