THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN ABU DHABI IS BOOMING WITH DEALS TOTALING DH 71 BILLION BY 2021

Abu Dhabi: According to a top official, the entire amount of Abu Dhabi's real estate sales exceeded Dh71 billion last year, with even more growth predicted in 2022. According to Dr Adeeb Al Afifi, executive director of real estate at the Department of Municipalities and Transport, a total of 14,958 transactions worth Dh71.5 billion were completed last year, indicating a strong trend despite the pandemic.


"It's a good thing. There is progress. Last year, there was a noticeable increase in the demand for real estate. "We expect higher growth in 2022," Dr. Al Afifi said.
There were 7,262 sales transactions worth Dh18.2 billion and 7,696 mortgage deals totaling Dh53.3 billion in the real estate industry.

The results, according to Dr. Al Afifi, show investor confidence in Abu Dhabi's housing market.
