BOY, FALLS TO DEATH FROM BUILDING IN SKATEBOARD STUNT IN SHARJAH

Sharjah: Sharjah Police confirmed that a 16-year-old Egyptian kid died in a skateboard accident in Sharjah last week.


Abdullah Hassan Kamel attended Al Shola Private School in Sharjah and was in Grade 11.

The child was with his buddies on the top floor of a seven-story car park in the Al Taawun district at the time of the tragedy, according to police. The event was reported to the police operations room, and an emergency crew was dispatched to the scene, where they discovered the youngster on the ground with critical injuries.

The kid was taken to Al Qasimi Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.

According to police, there was no foul play involved in the accident.
