UAE Schools Make Parent-School Partnership Agreement Mandatory for Accessing Student Results

  • 19/11/2025

UAE government schools have implemented a mandatory Partnership Agreement that parents must sign digitally to access their children's examination results. The directive, issued by the Ministry of Education, applies to both Emirati and expatriate families and requires annual renewal through school portals using digital ID authentication.

The agreement aims to foster collaboration between schools and families in creating an optimal learning environment, covering aspects such as safe and equitable school conditions, regular communication, attendance, discipline, support for children with disabilities, exam integrity, and data security. Parents who fail to complete the online agreement process will be unable to view their children's term results on school platforms. Once accepted, a copy of the agreement is emailed to parents and remains accessible through the student's portal for future reference or sharing with teachers as needed.
