The five-day Dubai Airshow concluded with major aircraft purchases and technological displays, though the event was marred by the crash of an Indian Tejas fighter jet on its final day. UAE carriers announced substantial orders including Emirates' $41.4 billion purchase of 65 Boeing 777s and 8 A350-900s, Flydubai's acquisition of 225 Airbus and Boeing aircraft, and Etihad's order for 32 Airbus wide-body planes.

The show featured several aviation milestones with the debut of electric flying taxis in aerobatic displays, SpaceX's Starlink WiFi implementation plans for Emirates and flydubai, and the Middle East debut of China's COMAC C919 passenger jet. Defense agreements worth over AED 25.4 billion were signed, while the Space Pavilion highlighted the UAE's expanding space mission including the upcoming Rashid Rover-2 launch.

The event concluded tragically when the Indian Air Force's Tejas fighter jet crashed during its aerial demonstration, temporarily suspending proceedings and shocking spectators. Authorities resumed the airshow hours later, with UAE officials expressing condolences to India and affected families.
