The requirement for institutional and home quarantine for pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom has also been removed. According to Al-Mutairi, these procedures and instructions are subject to continuous evaluation by the competent health authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on the developments of the epidemiological situation, and all pilgrims from the State of Kuwait are required to observe and abide by all of its provisions.
