Abu Dhabi :  Abu Dhabi authorities have approved the extension of the Green Pass. For those who have completed the vaccination, the duration of the green pass has been extended from 14 days to 30 days.

All commercial establishments, tourist attractions and events in the emirate are allowed to accommodate people at 100 per cent capacity. But the mask should continue to be worn in closed areas.

The new decision will take effect on Friday, April 29th. The UAE has the lowest death toll from Covid in the world. The mortality rate is 0.2 percent.

In early January, the number of Covid cases reached over 3,000 per day, but later the number of Covid cases was brought under control very quickly. The spread of the disease was prevented by testing, travel regulations, restrictions on crowds from time to time, and checklists.

Although the mask must be worn in closed spaces and when using public transportation, most Covid restrictions have already been lifted in the country. Those who received the vaccine were also given a waiver from the PCR test. Schools are enrolling all children.
