NEW PROJECT TO IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY AT KUWAIT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Kuwait City: The General Directorate of Civil Aviation has launched a new service to assess the satisfaction of passengers and visitors arriving at Kuwait International Airport. Salah Al Fadaghi, Deputy Director General of Kuwait Airport Affairs, said that the new service aims to understand the observations of passengers and visitors arriving at the airport and to understand all comments, both negative and positive.


He explained that this procedure will contribute greatly to the improvement of the quality of services provided to the public. Passengers can submit all their comments through the brochure in the airport corridor, which includes a barcode. Through it the passenger or visitor can enter the electronic page to submit all suggestions and complaints by entering passenger data and phone number. Al Fadaghi said that easy communication will be possible.
