5 EXPATS ALLOWED TO OWN PROPERTIES IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City : Five decrees have been issued to permit five foreigners to own different properties in various regions of the nation, including Mangaf, Mishref, Khalidiya, and the Abdullah Al-Salem suburb. The proposal made by the Minister of Justice served as the foundation for the Council of Ministers' approval.


The ownership must comply with the requirements outlined in Article 3 of Decree-Law No. 74/1979 and the requirements outlined in the Cabinet's resolution that was issued in this regard, according to the Council of Ministers' directive. Expatriates with Tunisian, Jordanian, Lebanese, Syrian, and Yemeni nationalities had their requests approved.
