Kuwait City: Warning that isolated rain is possible in the country today. Chances of rain are expected to decrease in the evening. Isolated showers are forecast from Tuesday till the end of this week. Thunderstorms are also possible in some areas. The weather department also said that there is a possibility of dust rising due to wind which will obscure the visibility.
