Kuwait City: The Future Generations Fund Law No. 106/1976 has been proposed for amendment by MPs Hamad Al-Obaid, Mubarak Al-Tasha, Mohammad Hayef Al-Mutairi, and Mohammad Al-Mutair so that 5% of the fund's annual profits go toward housing projects. One portion of the deduction will go to Kuwait Credit Bank, and the other portion will go toward ongoing housing projects.

Saad Al-Khanfour proposed setting up an office for water and electricity services in each governorate, similar to other ministries and governmental organisations. The Secretariat General of Awqaf's MP Fares Al-Otaibi has suggested merging the departments of resource development, real estate investment, and real estate maintenance and development. He clarified that his suggestion aims to stop departments' duties from duplicating each other.

MP Khalil Abul put forth a proposal to give teachers who passed the tests and interviews for supervisory positions but haven't been appointed to them in more than ten years, allowances and job titles. Additionally, he recommended elevating these instructors as soon as possible.

On the other hand, MP Abdulaziz Al-Saqaabi sent inquiries to Sheikh Abdullah Ali Al-Salem Al-Sabah, the Minister of Defense, regarding the alleged plan to refer all officers with the rank of brigadier who are under 50 years old for retirement as a way to reduce spending. The relevant law (number 32/1967), he noted, is in violation of Article 100, which is being violated here.
