SECURITY CHECKS IN VARIOIS AREAS OF KUWAIT, 284 RESIDENCY VIOLATORS ARRESTED

Kuwait City: In the first week of November, 284 people who violated the residency and employment laws were arrested during the inspection conducted by the joint committee. The inspections were conducted under the leadership of the Manpower Authority in collaboration with the Residency Affairs Investigation Department. Those apprehended were referred to the concerned authority to complete the deportation process. The committee last inspected Jabriya area.


The action was taken on a complaint filed by a citizen on social media about a group of delivery company workers behind a branch of a cooperative society. Inspectors of the authority immediately reached the area where the complaint was raised. 10 people were arrested from here for violating residence and employment rules, working in delivering customer orders. A notice was issued against them for violation of law.
