DOMESTIC WORKER RECRUITMENT AND SERVICES, KUWAIT MANPOWER AUTHORITY WITH NEW SYSTEM

Kuwait City: The Manpower Authority is organizing a workshop on the issue today after the Manpower Authority announced that it will activate the system for domestic workers recruitment, verification services and dispute management. Bassam Al Shammari, an expert on domestic work issues, pointed out the need to expand the use of automated systems and to include services related to domestic workers. 


But the first of these services is the issuance of licenses to practice autonomously, similar to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Also, there will be a need to automatically link with the Ministry of Home Affairs for the issuance of criminal status papers to reduce the huge amount of time and effort spent on the same. 

One of the most important services to be launched is the handling of electronic correspondence regarding summons to office holders. This should be done through company or office e-mail. And complaints about domestic workers will be accepted online.
