A child hit by stray bullet in Jahra

Kuwait City, Feb 3: A three year old child was hit by a stray bullet in Jahra while playing with his mates on the ground of his home by someone from a nearby wedding hall. Neurosurgeon at Ibn Sina Hospital, Dr. Hamad Jabr Al-Enezi, who underwent the surgery said the child's condition is stable.

According to Dr. Al-Enezi, the child fell to the ground, crying, with blood running from his head. He was already unconscious and was immediately taken to hospital. The bullet found in his skull's base. In a statement to Al-Rai, Dr. Al-Enezi said the child is still unable to move his right side and it is uncertain whether he will become disabled in the future.
