Red Crescent Society to distribute 450 meals daily

Kuwait City,Feb 20: The Red Crescent Society distributed tents, blankets, heaters and foodstuffs to families affected by the earthquake in the countryside of Kilis, southern Turkey. The head of the association's delegation in Turkey, Nabil Al-Hafez, said in a statement that this urgent aid comes in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership in the country to provide aid and assistance to friends in Turkey who were affected by the earthquake.


Al-Hafez added that the relief field team of the association inspected the conditions of those affected and assessed needs in a number of affected areas, especially in the countryside of Kilis, indicating that 450 meals will be distributed on a daily basis.
