Kuwait launches 'Google Pay' for e-payment

Kuwait City, March 1: After the successful activation of the 'Apple Pay' and 'Samsung Pay' services, Kuwaiti banks launched the "Google Pay" service for electronic payment. The Google Pay e-payment service will serve all owners of Android communication devices, which include a list of compatible devices running the chrome operating system.

The service allows customers to perform all payment operations using Android devices and Wear OS devices remotely by swiping it in front of the point of sale device without any direct contact. In addition, Google Wallet enables customers to conduct electronic banking transactions in various applications and online stores using Android devices.
