TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT ISSUES AN ADHESIVE PLATE AS AN ALTERNATIVE

Kuwait City: General Traffic department is issuing a small European adhesive plate for vehicles as an alternative to the metal plate for those who wish to have them,reports a local daily.The plate will be attached directly to the vehicles body.
