Riyadh: In Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, a lion was found tied to a pole on a roadside. After receiving information from the locals, the security forces rushed the lion to a safe place. Environmental Protection Force spokesman Major Raid al-Maliki said they were investigating who tied the lion to the post on the roadside. He said selling wildlife was a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to 30 million riyals, or both.
