UAE TO ISSUE TOURIST VISAS TO INDIAN PASSPORT HOLDERS

Dubai: UAE to issue tourist visas to Indian passport holders. The new decision comes in the wake of a drop in Covid cases. Gulf News reports, citing official sources, that tourist visas will be issued to Indian passport holders who have not traveled to their home country for the past 14 days. Apart from India, tourist visas are also issued to people from Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Uganda. The UAE is facing a decline in Covid cases.


The U.A. says tourists can enter the UAE on a tourist visa 14 days after entering other countries from India. Those arriving in the UAE in this way must undergo a PCR test on the first and ninth day.
