UAE SUSPENDS VISA ON ARRIVAL OF TRAVELERS FROM INDIA

New Delhi: The "Visa on Arrival" facility will not be available to travelers traveling from India to the UAE and those who have resided in India for the past two weeks. Etihad Airways, the UAE's national carrier, clarified the new terms in a tweet.


Etihad has announced that the UAE authorities have decided to suspend the visa-on-arrival facility for travelers coming from India within the last 14 days. See https://bit.ly/TravelGuideEN for the latest controls."

Similar rules apply to travelers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Afghanistan, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda and Namibia.
