RECOMMENDED FOR ISSUING FAMILY AND VISITOR VISAS

Kuwait City: It is recommended that family entry visas, commercial and visitor visas be issued to expatriates, especially those working for the needs of the country, in order to achieve family stability as the country returns to normal life. On Sunday, the General Administration of Residency Affairs convened a meeting. It was during this meeting that such a demand arose.


The recommendation will first be submitted to Maj. Gen. Anwar al-Barjaz, assistant undersecretary for residency affairs at the Interior Ministry, for review, security sources said. Interior Minister Sheikh Tamar Al Ali and Undersecretary of the Ministry Lieutenant General Sheikh Faisal Al Nawaf will then present the necessary discussions to the Cabinet.

Issue family visas to all medical personnel working in the Ministry of Health subject to conditions from the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard and the Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation. The main recommendations are for women doctors to issue entry visas or tourist visas to their husbands and children under the age of 16.
