KUWAITI WOMEN'S ARMY RECRUITMENT RULES

Kuwait City: Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, has published six new laws for Kuwaiti women to join the military, in keeping with the Fatwa and Legislation Department's position on women joining the military. The six new regulations, as decided by Sheikh Hamad Al-Ali, are as follows: 

1.The guardian's or husband's permission
2. Adherence to a modest dress code
3. Capability to work in medical and nursing specialties, as well as technological sectors and support services
4. Participation in any field or tactical military drills is prohibited.
5. You must not carry a firearm.
6. Acceptance is made only when necessary to fill vacancies.
