Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health has announced that 700,000 citizens and residents of the country have so far received the covid booster dose vaccine. The first dose of the vaccine was 85.7 percent. That means 3,362,405 people have received the first dose of the covid vaccine. The number of people who completed the second dose of vaccination was 3,250,307. That's 83 percent of people who have taken both doses, according to the Ministry of Health.

"Kuwait has lived up to the standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO) on vaccination," said Dr. Abdullah al-Hashimi, the head of the Corona High Advisory Committee. The country is now in its fifth week of Omicron arrival. The current situation is more comforting than the Delta spread. Vaccination is important in reducing the impact of this type of gout. Al-Jarallah said special attention should be paid to children, especially those with weakened immune systems and those with chronic illnesses.
