BOOSTER DOSE VACCINE CAN BE GIVEN TO THOSE OVER 40 YEARS OF AGE WITHOUT APPOINTMENT IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The Ministry of Health has taken drastic measures to ensure social immunity in the country. The ministry said booster dose vaccine can be given to people over the age of 40 without any appointment. The procedures were updated with the aim of getting the third dose of Covid as soon as possible in the maximum number of people. From today, booster dose vaccine will be available at all vaccination centers for those over 40 years of age without an appointment.


As of yesterday, an estimated 750,000 people had received the Covid booster dose vaccine. Health ministry sources said the number of people receiving the vaccine is expected to double with the introduction of the new method, while a committee has been set up to set up a National Center for Disease Control and Prevention to address all future health challenges. Khalid al-Sayed informed.
