Kuwait City: The Ministry of Communications (MoC) has urged consumers to settle their bills by March 13 to prevent losing their landline telephone service. Those who have failed should pay their dues immediately through the ministry's website, www.moc.gov.kw, or by visiting any of the ministry's departments, according to the ministry.

Those who occupy space inside and outside the ministry's buildings, as well as subscribers to the "Leased line, NGN, ISDN, 800, E1, antenna, fibre, triple and band" services, were also asked to take the initiative to pay the ministry's financial dues by March 13, 2022. To avoid service interruptions and legal action against defaulters, payments should be made to the Financial Affairs Department, Commercial Accounts sector in Shuwaikh, Ministry Building No. 3 on the third floor during official working hours.

The Government of Communications underlined that if a client fails to pay the amounts owing to him, the ministry will take legal action to recover its financial obligations.
