PENALITIES WILL BE IMPOSED ON THOSE WHO TAKE FOOTAGE WITHOUT PERMISSION AT CEMETERY IN KUWAIT

Kuwait City: The director of the Kuwait Municipality's Funeral Department has announced a fine of 5,000 Kuwaiti dinars for filming unauthorized scenes in a graveyard. Faisal al-Awadi said that legal action would be taken against those who took pictures with mobile and professional cameras in the cemetery. Large crowds arrive at the cemetery to film the funerals of prominent personalities, athletes and celebrities of the country.


The increase in the number of such people is causing great distress to the relatives of the deceased. Strict action will be taken against those who come to cemeteries with other intentions. According to Article 8, the government is committed to protecting the sanctity of funerals and burial. Everyone is responsible for the privacy of others. He directed the authorities to take steps in this regard.
